Hi everybody,

it's dificulty this one, i'm sure i'm not doing it well so here is 3 videos form these last weeks, the video RC PE 1 3 was taken today and before having started i've tried to make my trunc vertical in the top position but it's still hard because i do not have lower back, hips and hamstring flexibility. And which one is better ? What do i need to improve?

I'm only going to comment on the third video.  The other ones you are out of frame too much to see everything.

You're doing something funny with your grip have a look at the course video again and compare too yours I think you will see what I'm talking about.   I'd say you are set up under the bar correctly.  Your hips aren't quite stationary but that might also improve once you fix the funny grip transition you are doing.  Your not that far off.

César Cruz

you are talking about the grip position in the bottom position versus the other hand position of the movement.

or the trasition to one position to another

or both?

if is it what u're talking i've also noticed, your are right, actually i've always been more concentrated in keeping the hips stationary and pushing my feets to the ground

Keep working at your hip hinge as well.  There are always more than one thing to focus on.

Alesandro described it the grip as "During the PE the starting grip is prone and it moves to semi-prone at the end of the exercise."

If you look at Douglas Reinot's form check from today you are doing it similar to him.  Its hard to explain it because I don't know the grip terminology.

Then look at  Tracey Weaver's form check from yesterday for another example of the correct form.  Put your form in one screen and Tracey's on another and play them together.  You will see the differences.
