HS/PE1 and HS/PE1>iM form check

Hello,

Want to know if form is good on these? First video is of HS/PE1 and HS/PE1>iM from side, video number two is HS/PE1>iM from behind.

Need some more lean and too wide grip for the iM. Try to lean a little more forward with the arms pulled in line with your torso, with arms/biceps by ears (HS position).

For any bar/stick iM, we need to have an external load on it. Don't be to concered about how heavy the weight it; 2.5 lbs - 5lbs will be just fine :)

Shoulders are beginning the dislocate soreduce the distance.

Remember to film yourself from the side to check lean, possible wrists compensation and alignment.

I see, saw form checks from other people and ive been doing It totally wrong, i will post a New video later :-)

Just redid the iM today, does it look better? I think i can straighten a bit more and make a better line, but is there anything else i need to work on?

All you need to to open the shoulders a little more, otherwise your line is good.

This is all about active flexibility.
