Why the weird capitalisations?

Why do we have e.g. straddle PLanche abbreviated into sPL, rather than SPl, and instead Single Leg Squat  becomes SLS? What is wrong with integrated in iM, to make it undeserving of capitalisation?

Not that it at all matters, but it is so much rules and conventions defying that it made me curious!

Simple.  That's the way I prefer it. ;)

There is some logic to it:

PL is short for planche, and sPL for straddle planche, which is a modified variation of PL. So generally all the lower case letters are for modifications or subsets of whatever the capital letters represent.

iM is integrated mobility, which is mobility done as part of your workout after every work set, as opposed to mobility in general, so it's a subset of mobility.
