Was this like a documentary showing the grueling training of the young children? I think that was posted here some time ago...it made me feel bad for some of those kids. I still remember vividly where one child was laying on a table and a couple of the coaches took one of his legs and forced all the way to his head while the child cried. Great performance as an adult in exchange for a rough childhood.

In womans gymnastics you can compete a reverse planche on the beam, but Its very different to a normal planche.
