Is 1 rep of these a rock in both forward & backward directions? ... or does every roll/rock count as a rep?

Back and forth is one. Personally i like to count every time my feet go up.
OK thanks, I figured it would be. Just had a number of failed attempts to do 5x60 of these ... but will keep at it.
