Welcome Evan,

iM means integrated mobility. Each Preparatory Element (PE) is paired with an iM and they should be performed together.

The daily schedule displays what you should be completing on that particular day.

Have you taken the time to read the course Introduction properly? It sounds like you haven't.

It is well worth the read, everything is explained.

Enjoy!

Foundation has 7 elements: FL, SPl, HBP, RC, SL, MN, SLS. You can either train all 7 on a single day, which is referred to as F7 in the forum, or train the first 4 elements on a day (F4) and the other 3 on a different day (F3). Each element, e.g. FL, has various progression elements, e.g. FL PE 1 (PE come first, specific elements SE much later on). Each PE come with an associated mobility drill, called integrated mobility (iM). The PE and the associated iM must be trained together, and you master an element only if you can perform correctly both the PE and the iM. And as Wesley said, read the introduction, all this stuff is explained there!
