7IoUQWYu978Had to change my grips to neutral - pronated to get proper range. Different to the actual video on f1

excuse the naked body. Thought it would help for better critique of scaps and shoulder position.

Hey David, nice effort and I'm sure you had the best intentions in doing the hinge row that way, but you are really exaggerating all three phases of the rep.

In general no need for the long pauses at the bottom and top of the rep. Pauses cold be about half of what they are.

Bottom: no need to over arch to set up for the next rep, neutral spine is what you want here.

Top no need to overly draw the elbows back and down, think that you want the elbows in line with the shoulders, a little back and down is fine, but not so much as you are doing now.

Movement: make the movement slower and more controlled you are really hurling yourself up there, and that is part of why you feel the need to overwork the top and bottom phases. A controlled positive and negative phase will allow you to land in the right position so you don't feel the need to over work the top and bottom phases.
