Quick simple question.

How long should be the rest time between strength elements in Foundation 1 Skills

2- 3 min ?

or maybe 4 min due to the fact that these skills require maximum muscle contraction.  So 4 min would be full rest cycle to be able engage the same % of muscle as in a previous set.

Keep it short. There is no official amount of time, only the expectation that you not goof off or waste time between elements. Keep in mind, we're not training max effort lifts here. F1 is not considered strength training. As Jon Douglas said in an excellent post somewhere else, our training is not a show where we arrange things to our advantage in order to impress ourselves. If performance in subsequent elements is suffering because of your hard work in previous sets, that means your conditioning it lacking. Our solution is to improve conditioning so that this doesn't happen. So we address our weak points by focusing on them, not avoiding them. Easy fix, but hard work. Allowing yourself to become fully rested is counterproductive. Easier work, but no fix at all, and you just delay the problem for later. So a couple minutes is enough, less even better in the long run.

Good luck in your training.

No rest time at all. The mobility exercise is your "rest time". All series of an exercise are performed in one go with the mobility drills in between. If you can't accomplish the required ammount of reps and series with perfect form, then go a step backwards. Your ego won't help your body reach your goals, hard work, consistence and perfect form will.

Good luck!

This is from a sticky post from Cory:

How much rest time do I get?
No rest between strength and mobility. For example, in Week 1 for FL/PE1 (Bent Hollow Hold), you will complete ;
12s hold, 5r cat/cow, 12s hold, 5r cat/cow, 12s hold, 5r cat/cow
with no rest between these exercises. Once you have completed them, a short rest before beginning sPL work is permissible. It is in your interest to complete these with minimal rest to improve work capacity for later training, and the exercises have been structured to allow the working muscles to actively rest before being required to work again, eg) in sPL and HBP work on the same day.

Just to clarify for those who are inclined to attempt to milk the system; a short rest means a minute or so, then it is time to move on.
