GB & Affiliate Mutual Promotion

This matter was brought up and ties in with the issue of GB certified Trainer commission, social media sharing and GB Affiliate Programme strategy.

Many affiliates mentioned that a large majority of students have been unaware of GB on commencement of training (in some instances an estimated 80%), but have subsequently gone on to  buy GB course material after prompting by affiliates. This led to the discussion of affiliate commissions and not just GB trainer commissions. It was also mentioned that some affiliates would rather pass on discounts to to their students rather than take commissions on GB product sales.

Some affiliates felt that GB should be promoting the affiliates, as this helps GB to reach an even larger market, other than the sharing of affiliates social media.

This is indeed an important matter.  However not in the perspective from which it is being examined.

How is it that GB affiliates are using GB materials and yet the students are unaware of GB?

I believe this was meant with reference to NEW students Coach, a high proportion starting their training without prior knowledge of GB.

It is my understanding that all affiliates are indeed making their students aware that it is GB material we are teaching. 

- Some are.  Some are not.

Majority of our new students were aware of GB through social media, however they had not enrolled the GB online course when they first joined our class due to many reasons (eg: wanted to taste the water first, unsure if GB is the right training for them, have enrolled with other online training program, etc). So far we successfully converted 80% of our students enrolled to GB online course, ideally it needs to be 100% conversion. So, it might be a good idea to have a bundle package if they join our classes then they will also entitle to get a discount for GB online course if they have not enrolled yet, similar with GB workshop offering for new students.

The discount rate should be exclusive to GB Affiliates only, which I think potentially a win to win situation for affiliates and GB.
