Today it was discussed that we could all benefit from an ongoing programme of development. We discussed the idea of developing this between us all and GB and would like to know what Coach's thoughts would be on the matter.
The idea was to allow a time and space for all maters to be developed and discussed including
- Business Development
- Staff Development
- Coaching Skills
We appreciate we are spread across the globe, but all parties were happy with the idea of a yearly meet up with Coach and all affiliate owners perhaps annually. This would allow the sharing of knowledge and experience between affiliates and Coach, and allow GB to expand via the affiliates in each of the locales in a structured and coherent manner.
Staff Development is a big concern to many affiliates at present. Falsegrip, Caveman Strong & Bodytree GST all have questions and concerns on this. For myself and Forma this has been a big issue also, we are just coming to the end of a 3 month Instructor Development Course next weekend. I am happy to elaborate on this further but will leave it here for now.
So far, Awaken and Forma are the only affiliates to have run such a course.
