Dear  all

Before i started gst I had already mastered SLS and i was training with front squat and dead lift .

i want to improve my sprinting and kicking (side and hook kick etc...) wht do you suggest improving SLS reps or continuing with dead lifts and front squats ?

comments and suggestions are welcome

In saying you previously mastered SLS, are you saying you can do a SLS, or that you have "mastered" all the progressions in Foundations program, as the term has been specifically defined for the program?

Am saying i can do 5 series of 5 Reps of Single leg squat

What about the paired mobilities? The SLS progressions in Foundation are about a lot more than the SLS itself. The real gold is the joint prep and mobility demands contained in the iMs. This is the reason Coach prefers mastering all those progressions before pursuing the big weighted lifts. There's no point in talking about what to do "beyond SLS" until you've taken care of everything that comes before.

upon finishing SLS, you simply continue onto FLS(Fundamental Leg Strength).

Finish the foundamental leg strength of F3 and F4. then do the lunge PE's while walking up the stairs.
