Bone broth as a fat

I apologize if this has already been addressed... I know there was a bone broth thread but the search function can't find it in the nutrition forums.

Anyways, does homemade beef bone broth from grass fed cows count as a healthy fat?

Or should it just be considered a nice warm drink??

Thanks,

Cam

Cam,

I would think of bone broth as a nice warm drink. The only way I could see it being a fat is if you actually sawed the bones in half and put a significant amount of bone marrow in the broth. So I guess it possible.

Good to know.. Thanks!
