Hey guys it's been a longtime that i'm not came in this forum.
I would like to have few tips by the professionnals gymnast.
There's a few times i've posted a topic in which i tell that i can hold a full planche but with not a perfect form for 3s and now for 7s.
But before i thought that there is any difference with perfect form or not.
And today i tried with the perfect form and i understand that it's very hard.
There is a big difference. My shoulders pecs and hips works a lots of than the other form.
So i have tested with the form and i have holded 1 or 2s lol.
So this is a good start ?
Ps: it's very weird but when i try to make a straddle planche i don't have the perfect form so my body looks like a banana lol.
Since today i work more in advanced tuck planche with the perfect position of course and i try hold the maximum that i can.
But i want to tell my program training for the planche and i would like your suggestions please :
First, i do 4 sets full planche with perfect form. (even i hold 1 or 2s lol)
Second, i do 4 sets straddle planche but'is not perfect form my upper is good but my legs is still too down.
Third, i do 4 sets adv tuck planche with maximum times that i can hold.
Fourth, 4 sets of l-sit to adv with a total control of my body or 1 sets of maximum wide grip or normal l-sit.
And i train this training 2 times per weeks and other day front lever training
My real goal is to looking for the muscular developpement doing exercise with proper form for developing a good strenght core, power...
I'm conscient the time that it's take a full planche with a perfect form but i'm patient.
So my questions is it's good training routine for the planche i work 2 times because i combine bodybuilding with gymnastics.
And i would like to add that the bodybuilding can to be very helpful for the planche sometimes i say of course full planche is hard but bench 250 kg is most harder.
But after it's my opinion lol.
So it's possible to have few tips and suggestions by the professional ?
Sorry for my english i'm a french and i try to improve when i speaking in the forums.
Thanks for all
