More compression is needed on PE.
On IM you should lower down until you can hold the legs straight .
Same. Also be conscientious on locking your knees on the PE, and try to minimise craning your neck forward. It's better to forward than up yes, but neither do you want to curl excessively
a perfect rep would be two flat halves coming up to vertical, meeting knees to chest, with hands reaching through. This is much more than is required for mastery but nevertheless, we aim high! ![]()
im has some ways to go; work on the curling down, and keep the knees locked! Consistency will allow you to keep them locked as you move below the box; for now bending them slightly is cheating you out of flex gains.
