Swapping the order?

I think the idea was to have raw vegetables for lunch in order to slow down digestion which prevents the afternoon crash that many people experience after eating a big meal. On the other hand, in the evening, we want our body and mind to relax and slow down their functions, so we can have a good night sleep. Therefore, cooked vegetables are preferred at this time because they are easier for our body to process. Of course, swapping the order is better than not eating vegetables at all.
