The PE feels way too easy.

Focus points for SLS/PE2:

1) The non-squatting leg remains straight.

2) Stand up fully in between repetitions.

Excellent mobility with Twisting Squats. Good work!

Slow down j., your form checks usually look like they are in fast forward.  Slow with control is better than fast and sloppy.

PE: keep your non bending leg straight, and rotate so that the toe points to the ceiling.  You do a good job keeping your squatting legs heel down, and reach a great depth.  Your obviously very flexible in the ankles and hips.

Im: slow down and control the decent so your not slamming into the ground.

I don't think it will take you long to master this one.

PE Strength

1. Keep non-squatting leg straight at all times

2. For your non-squatting foot, your heels needs to stay on the floor but don't force the ball of your feet to stay on the ground. The ball of the feet can come off the ground. You should be able to squat deeper if you do this as well.

iM looks good but you need to slow down to prove yourself that your not dropping to the floor. It's hard to tell whether you have the strength to control the descend or your just dropping down.

I've seen your other form checks and you tend to do reps really quickly. Slow the reps down. You don't want to be doing reps with momentum.

I found this feedback really helpful. How am I doing now?

The iM looks great!

You have the right idea with the PE, just need to keep doing for a while and build up a bit more strength and steadiness.

Good job!
