Hi ,

I am new and my question is in the foundation course there are twenty seven progressions. I am in week nine of the the first progression . My question is do I work just one progression at a time ? Any help would be appreciated.

For each of the seven elements, you work on one progression at a time (which one you are on can vary quite a bit between elements) until you can demonstrate mastery of both the strength and the mobility element in terms of sets, reps and form, then move on to the next.

You then usually keep some of the previously mastered progressions in your warmup.

For some elements, Jefferson Curls or Shoulder dislocates for example, it is strobgly recommended to build them up beyond mastery requirements and constantly keep them in your training because of their overall benefits.

Sometimes it will be advised to work on selected ims on the side, for example if you are rehabbing an injury or you are having mobility deficits they specifically address which are hindering your current progress - those may be from progressions you didn't reach yet.
