Hey guys,
My understanding of the bridges near the end of the TB series is that they are supposed to be felt in the upper back.
What specifically is meant by "upper back"?
Thanks,
Cam

Thoracic spine.

The spine is made up of 33 vertebrae. It's broken into three portions: The Neck(Cervical Vertebrae), Upper Back(Thoracic Vertebrae), Lower Back(Lumbar Vertebrae).
From the base of your neck, to the bottom of your rib cage is your entire upperback. 12 total vertebrae. So if you're trying to find the cut off point you can always just feel your lowest rib, then touch where it meets your spine. That's the lowest point of the bend in your thoracic.
