- For the Pe; you are compensating too much by bringing your elbow down. Once the Free arm is set fix it relative to your body. Since it can't move, you will have to finish the rep by turing from your hips.
Your basic alignment is very good, so once you add the 2nd half of the rep you be in great shape.
- For the iM; as you come back around start to rotate the inside shoulder around just a little bit sooner to smooth out the movement. Otherwise you show a good range of motion.

Applied the corrections today and here is the result
SL/PE2 Front view (4th set)
SL/PE2 Side view (5th set)
Very nice improvements!
The PE itself is spot on!
The iM you have the right idea. The front half is fine but the back half is a still a bit forced. Now work on making the back half roll around as smoothly as the front. Since your ROM is already good, it's just a matter of making it 'natural'.

How is it now?
iM Front view
iM Side view
Yes, that is what I was getting at, you're a great listener!
OK, now all that is left is left, and I purposely haven't mentioned this until now, is to figure out how to rotate back more from the upper back.
Right now you are falling into your lower back, so rotate back from chest and shoulders, and even though you are arching back, lift the center of you chest to the ceiling.
Keep the same fluidity as you have now and you are there.
