Your but is sticking out in PE, you need ppt and open that hips so you get straight line. If your a begginer in this exercise you can pull your body back a little bit so you dont need to struggle with balance that much, this way it will be easier to learn how to get to that hollow body shape and as you get it you can go more vertical and balance in that position.
IM looks solid to me. Just to mention, shoulder should be depressed and retracted in this position.
No reason to work the IM with additional weight on bar if you cannot lift the bar up to 90°.
90° angle it's imperative, hands distance and weight should be adjusted in order to work with arms paralle to the ground. if you are not able to hold the bar at 90° the weight and the width it's over your current possibility.
Was working on my HS elements today. Is the headstand line straight enough now? Also, I dropped the additional weight on bar as you mentioned Alessandro. According to google, the bar I'm using is 7kg (around 15-16 lbs) is that fine with the bar only? Was told we need some kind of external load on the bar :\

Increase the width until you can reach the 90° angle.
Alrighty, I'll increase the width and work on this element some more. How does the PE look?
Had a little HS workout today. Getting any better with the iM? Is the headstand good enough for mastery or do I need to better something?

Ribs in on PE.
Now the work on IM is correct.
What do you guys think? Getting close to mastery or still some more work to do?

Feet together and straight legs is imperative on this introductory elements.
Slowly lift the bar, controlled motion.
Been working some more on these elements tried to keep straight legs and feet together + slowed down the tempo on the iM element. Hope it's better this time and good enough for mastery:

Alessandro,
Can you please describe the scapulae action for Standing Shoulder Extension w/Bar: HS/PE>iM2. In the GB website video demo, it looks to me like scapulae retraction, elevation and downward rotation (frontal plane). Is this correct?
In an attempt to irradiate and brace his whole body, the kid in the video is flexing the spine, with PPT and anterior pelvic shift, hence shifting his center of mass forward. Is that desirable?
I’m trying to understand which compensations you don’t want (piking at the hips, excessive ankle dorsiflexion... Also, I want to understand correct neck position.
Btw, reading your instructions is more helpful than the focus points in the website. Thanks!
Tobias, thank you for posting and enabling this exchange.
Standing shoulder extension cues: external rotation, retraction and depression.
