Coach talks about these three areas of fundamental strength: straight arm, bent arm and leg. Some of the exercises in F1 and H1 are obvious but how would you separate them into these three areas?

You can add Core to that list, though it's not explicitly stated.
From there is should be fairly simple to work out. In later courses the straight arm will become more clear.
But essentially
FSAS = FL / sPL / SL / MN
FBAS = HBP / RC
FLS = SLS
Thanks, Cole. That makes sense. Would the others be core:
FCS = SL / MN
In the early stages most of the SAS is core focused, but obviously the final movements are SAS. It just that without a strong core straight arm work is impossible.
