On your ring rows, your forward head posture is a weaker position and can contribute to poorly positioned shoulders, which can lead to injury. You are unconsciously cheating the ROM by leading with your head. Keep your head back, stacked over your shoulders, and pack the neck (make a double chin). To keep from leading with the head, think about finishing with the chest while keeping the shoulders back.

Great post, BobH. I will try for that. I have the forward head posture in daily life as well and have been working on that the last several years, starting with bringing my shoulders back, hoping my head would follow. It's gotten a lot better, but any ideas for that too are welcome ![]()
