Is my rom and form good enough for mastery ? Should i move on to pe3 ?

When i tried the new "fixes" - sitting up more forward & upright , my legs do not come up as high ! :(

With the new body position is the deficit in hight a strength or mobility issue? If it is mobility related are there stretches that could be done as supplementary work to assist with that development?

with this new position , I feel it sooo much more in the quads !

My windmill & Jefferson curl are mastered. So , I guess its probably a deficit in strength for me.

Hey rahul. It is your strength in compression that is lacking, it is indeed strength and mobility. However, if you have mastered the first two mana iMs then it shouldn't be a flexibility issue.

When Zach says to aim for palms flat on the floor he means to sit up high enough into you straddle up to reach that point. Not go as high as you can and then tilt your entire body until your palms reach flat.

Just keep working at synchronising the movement of legs and torso so that they fold together towards the vertical line. Pull the stomach in hard while aiming the chest high. Work low reps and really try to squeeze the top position until your ROM has improved. It will just take a bit of time.

Lots of people like to use seated straddle leg lifts to supplement. I personally didn't need this, I just focused on squeezing the top position as much as possible.

Hope this helps some.

i am working low reps now and focusing more on getting it right in terms of sync & compression.

Looking better Rahul. Just notice though how the legs are sinking after reaching their top position. Perhaps the arms are coming a bit too early causing you to sit up too high compared to your lower body.

The movement seems much more fluid though, and the compression is better too, so well done! :)
