This is what i did today for my first day of training this week, i had to revise it from my original plan. You can only learn through experience ![]()
It seemed like a lot well i was doing it, however it took less than an hour to complete, i haven't done the climb ups yet but I'm contemplating whether i should because a climb ups is more a pull than a push, however tomorrow is legs and i think i should add variation in my workouts. Hmm we'll see.
I have a question, should i have more variation and if so any suggestions? My arms however feel great, especially after i finished my stretching. My tuck planche, i can only hold for like a second, perhaps time will help, I'll just have to work on it. I noticed as well with the tuck planche that i felt all the wait on my wrists and not on my shoulder girdles or my elbows, which is where it should be. Maybe i'm doing it wrong :/
Another thing i realized well i was training was that my muscle balance is off balance. When doing my push ups i felt more burn in my right tricep than my left. I guess i never realized this because i never took the time to slow my reps down, i believe that i was using more of my right arm because it was most dominate so i had to make change for that variable and use more of my left so i felt the same burn in each triceps balancing out the workout.
