Although my eyes are not as experienced or educated as Zach's, it also appears to me that your arch is coming only from your lower/lumbar spine.

If you carefully rewatch the course video again though you will see that most of the arch is coming from his upper/thoracic spine and his lumbar spine stays relatively neutral. Likewise his rounding is mostly coming from his lumbar spine while yours is coming more from your thoracic (though you seem to be doing better at the rounding than the arching).
