What i need to work on ? ![]()
your hip are a liiittle to low in the planche lean.
It looks to me that your not depressing your shoulders, maybe im wrong and it just looks like that becouse of angle from which video is filmed. Flex your abs and glutes.
Try to protract and depress in regular plank position and then just pull with your arms back and slide into lean, this way your flex your lats and depress naturaly.
You have the same problem I am fixing at the moment. Poor depression.
During lean you can lower down the hip for a couple of cm more.
During tuck you need to depress more and move down your hips. Also during tuck you need to move the knee to the chest all the time.
Like everyone already mentioned, hips need to lower down. Also, try to preven the kyphosis that you have in your thoracic spine. Do that by depressing your scapula some more, but maintain protraction. I know it might feel as if your protraction is limited, but this is indeed the proper scapula position you need to maintain in the planche.

As Alex mentions above, if anything they can still go a bit lower. They are absolutely not too low.
This is a common beginners mistake, but as you work with keeping a tight hollow and lowering the hips, it will make sense.
On the Tuck PL take a look at the 7s mark, You set up is good, from there all you need to do is lift your feet of the floor, everything else is already set.
