Have been working on this for a while, made a lot of progress but still way too much lumbar i believe. How to address this? I sometimes work with more elevation but it does not feel quite right either..

It's not as bad as you seem to think.
A few directions for you to work.
- Hand spacing: Hands can be closer together, first step is to get them shoulder width apart.
- Shoulder position: Since your legs are maximally extended (nice!) the only way to get more flexion is to walk the hands out a little less. In other words, hands closer to the stall bars.
- Lower rib position: To create more arch in the T spine, try to move your lower ribs (which are now the highest part of the ribs since you are upside down) closer to the stall bars.
So there winds up being a dual action of shoulders move away from wall bars, ribs towards to create ben in the T-spine.
that's a lot to think about while upside down! Thanks Cole, wasn't really sure where I should be taking it from here, those are great cues to work while in position.
