Arching a lot in my back at the top of these reps. Is it important to hold a strong PPT during these reps?

Hi bibalong,

Yes I think you should keep more PPT in these elevated rows. You are arching your back to artificially shorten the range of motion (so that your chest contacts the rings). Rather, keep a more neutral bodyline, and pull the rings such that your biceps cover your forearm (closing the angle of your elbow). Make sense?

This is what goes through my head in RC/PE4 nowadays: "get your fist to your chest aargh!"

Instead, I should listen to Chris and Zach. :)
