FL PE2/iM: what counts as a rep?

Hi all.

Just curious what exactly counts as one rep for Hollow Body Rocks. You rock back toward the head then toward the feet. Is direction a rep of its own, or is one rep a rock in both directions?

I've never considered anything besides each time the head goes back equals one rep. I would laugh and cry if it were the other one lol
