Question about Integrated Mobility

Greetings GB members,

Before some years i started practising the Foundation One, alongside with HandStand One series. Due to a surgery i had to do last year, hernia in my lumbar region (i1-o5) i quit training for a while and i want to start over again.

The question i have is for iM exercises. For example at HS one series i can do with the proper form PE11(Wrist Wall Handstand), so i must practise PE12 (Forearm Supported Handstand). From iM thought i can do only PE1>iM(Static Seated Shoulder Flexion with Weighted Bar), and at PE2>iM(Static Standing Shoulder Extension with Weighted Bar) i am very far away to do it with the proper form (Strive to elevate the bar until it is level with the shoulders), i need a long long way to reach shoulder level.

What should i do? I should stack in PE2 and PE2>iM respectively till i reach shoulder level? Seems not right to practise the PE2 cause i gain no benefit from that anymore.

You must stay on the PE until you can master the iM too, even if you can sleep while doing the PE.

During your training session after doing the prescribed PE2, feel free to play around with PE11 and PE12 so you don't lose your skills. Remember this is play and not work, so don't overdo it.
