Hey Coach,
In the book, Pullovers are the easiest MPPu progression. I am wondering if we are stronger, should we be doing a harder progression for these workouts? Or should we always assume that the progression posted is the upper limit and if we are stronger than that, just do the progression posted. And if we are weaker, it's okay to do a easier progression.

Are you able to complete the giant set as posted without substitutions and following the correct rest periods? If not, there is no need to insert a harder variation at this time.

For my experience the WOD are much harder when done than when you read them. Just give them a try, and think that there are a lot of exercises done in a super set or giant set, so exercises that seems easy and in fact if you've done them alone and are easy for you, done as prescribed on the WOD the thing change, i'm sure the pullovers after the first cirque and the tick toes, are much, much harder than done alone.
