Where are the hands anatomically in relation to the body in a full PPPU? Literally under the hips, closer to the obliques, something else?

Aim for the ASIS -- anterior superior iliac spine. aka Around the upper part of pelvis works.

It really depends on how your weight is distributed. Some people will be closer to belly button (top heavy), some people will have to go closer to the femur (leg heavy)
