Hollow body hold and glute activation

My main focus when doing HBH is to press my lower back down in the floor. But I read somewhere that glutes should be firing hard. When I do HBH just use as much tension as needed to lift my legs off the floor.

Thoughts?

Gluteal activation comes from the "PPT" movement of the pelvis, rather than the flexion movement of the lumbar spine
