Hey guys ! Today, after having the pushing strength of newborn my girlfriend accomplish her first "pushup" is not clean but his one of the best female pushups I've seen out there, nice form on the negative but it breaks in the concentric. She mastered incline pushups at 3 different heights, so now she's doing the transition into full pushup. Any comments critiques are welcome. Foundation and H1 for the win.
