Turning wrists out to side

Hey guys,

In skills like press handstands, planche leans, l-sit with legs outside of hands ( I forget what that's called), is it okay to turn your wrists out to the side? I have a bone spur in my right hand that limits my wrist extension in support so leaning forward with my fingers facing forward is painful. What is the consensus on that? Thanks!

It's fine. On paralettes of course your hands will be turned out close to 90 degrees anyway.

Okay great, thanks Jon
