Hey guys,

Just got 2 photo, hopefully it gives you a good enough look at my planche lean. I injured my wrist 1 month ago and just recently got back into the Straddle Planche work.

What do you think? Personally, i think i could be depressing my scapula a tad more in the first. As for the second picture i think my back is to high.

Accidently posted in the wrong forum..oops

korija

are you depressing your scapula? its hard to tell

Bayer

You may be right, i'll give it another try and focus on depression. I think my lats should be more pronounced if my depression was correct.

Noob here, but looks like your lats are firing and your scaps are nicely protracted and depressed

Mod Note: Help us help you , do your best to make photos easy to view by rotating them to the proper orientation.

Thanks for the tip Cole and thanks for the feedback guys. Love the planche training :)

I would move the butt a little bit lower. core activation and scapulas activation look good!!
