What is the Back Strap weight limit?
Since in the later stages of foundation we have loaded archups,
it would be good to know how much weight the back strap can safely hold.

They can easily handle the load of weighted arch ups and then some. More important to be concerned about what they are attached to.

Just for the sake of safety, how many lbs of athlete + weights would be the limit?
I'll be using aluminium stall bars
The Back Strap is not the issue here, it will conservatively take 1,000 lbs., the issue is what will your stall bars handle.
That's a question for your stall bar manufacturer.
