Hi everyone, sorry if this has been asked before but I've tried searching and I can't find anything. I've just purchased Handstand One and I thought I read somewhere in the forums that there was a test/assessment people did to find out where exactly to start? Plus I don't seem to have access to the PE1 Initial Assessment in the Intro Articles is that normal? Is that the test I should be doing before I start? Thanks in advance :-)

The assessments are only for Foundation 1. Since you have Handstand 1 you do not do those and should just start your wrist work and HS/PE1
