Hello everyone,
My name is Alain im 25 and live in Canada. I've been following Gymnastic Bodies for about 2 years now and figured that i should pop in and say hi.
This forum has a wealth of information which has helped me in the past but now that im getting into some of the more difficult exercises i may start asking for help 
.
I will try to pass on what I've learnt and i am looking forward to learning from all of you as i continue on this awesome journey.
