Hello guys :) I have a doubt that need to be clarified that concerns the developing of scapular strenght for planche activation in sPL progression. I noticed that for exemple in sPL/Pe1 shrugs are made in a plane of work without full depression and in sPL/Pe3 shoulderblades looks to me a a bit elevated. In this kind of activation a feel instead a completely different muscolar work: https://www.facebook.com/calimnastic/photos/pb.585132074950651.-2207520000.1433416917./639646566165868/?type=1&theater

Planche lean looks instead full depressed with similar activation than Alessio's. Is it not a too big step from no full depressed plank work to a full activated planche leans? Thanks for any answer :D

From the beginning you should focus on protraction and depression.

ok, thanks Alessandro :)

In the demonstrating videos, expecially sPL/Pe2 and sPL/Pe3 i seem to see a very different activation than Alessio's hollowbody, so that where the doubt came from.
