Hi, im new here.

Well, i created a account here to ask you guys ...

Do you know something about Victorian Cross?

Look this.

Well, now i can hold a full planche for 4 secs, so i want to know if i can start to train it.

I want to know too how long i will be able to do it on floor.

I know, i know maybe its a bit impossible but if i was able to learn full planche in 1 year i dont care to start with another movement much harder.

Sorry for my bad english guys, i hope you understood

Manna is prerequisite for Victorian so if you want to get it safely you should get Manna first.

Do you have any video of your full planche ?

Not yet, i'll create a youtube channel soon.

Do you know how long it will take? ( learn victorian on floor )

And one more question, do you know why there aren't videos on youtube about victorian on floor, only one person can do it?

Alessandro Mainente

You need first solid front lever and strong rotator cuff, the possibility to have an injury is definitely high you have not prepared your posterior shoulders.

It will probably take very long time to get Victorian on flor. Victorian is very hard skill and only few of sw guys can do it so probably this is why there is not much videos of it on youtube.

As Alessandro mentioned, you need to have all your ducks in line before worrying about Vic on floor, We tend to not dwell on questions that are more theoretical  than practical on this forum. Simply because over the years we've seen that these disscussions don't really help anyone progress.
