I was on a bit of roll with my phone camera last week!
I was ok with SLS/PE4 so tried going through the SE1 too. I can see that I'm leaning forward as I descend (the model keeps his back straight). Any other things you guys can point out?

Nice to know the Hawaiians are ok!
Do you mean "dig in" when extending legs, or both extend+contract-ing? I am guilty of sliding backwards here, probably.
