After we do a set, what is the rest time before starting the next set?

Can we do one set of Wrist pushups, then a set of FK Pushups, then a set of Wrist Rocks followed by Fingertip Pushups and then start back again at Wrist Pushups?

Or should we finish each specific exercises 5 sets before moving on?

There's no specific rest period to use.  Doing a super set of 1 set WP, FKP, WR, FP, then repeating is good.  Stick some sort of shoulder mobility between each superset and you'll be well warmed up for your work sets.

Hmn, shoulder mobility inbetween sets.  Does that means your resting between sets???

It's not so much "resting" as doing "mobility".  But yes, the wrists get a little rest.

This isn't foundation so some resting is more acceptable.  HS work is skill work primarily.

Thank you both for the reminder.  During deload, last week, was different for I was able to go as if it was like foundation.  Your replies helped to remind me to at least humble myself in that perspective, for I'm about to get into SE4's.

You do not want to do wrist pushups with the same zeal you do, say, PPPs. Remember the size and relative weakness of what you are conditioning! :)

These are to be treated as mobility work, not strength.
