Hei guys, I just want to be sure I'm ready to move on to the next one :)

Thanks to the change to the progressions I see a light at the end of the tunnel for ABH and ABR hehe

Thanks Zach! I see what you mean and I'm glad I posted this form check to open my eyes :)

I have probably to reduce the reps as I add a pause at the top, but it would make them more controlled as well.
