Would love to get feedback on those, thanks!

You're bending your arms through the execution, you need to keep your arms straight all the time. You need to do the motion smoother and with more control, it looks like if you were dropping to the depression, and last one, make sure to use your scaps and not your body to reach full protraction.

You got a funny thing going on with your elbows rotating back and forth, and too much up and down movement in your hips.

Turn your hands out, push your elbow pits forward and then try to keep them there locked out as you slowly retract and protract only your shoulders.  Keep the rest of your body locked solid with PPT engaged.

PPT?

OK, are those better? I positioned my hands side ways and did my best to lock my elbows. Also, I pointed my toes, which made it much harder for me to push through my hips.

Much much better, good adjustment on your tempo and trying to keep those elbows locked, but, sometimes it looks like you're bending your elbows just a little bit (you can clearly see this in the back view) but don't worry, change doesn't happen overnight just keep working on it until it gets perfect ! And on the other hand at some reps I think you didn't reach full protraction. Focus on quality instead of quantity, it doesn't matter if you do just a couple of reps with your improved form.

Ryan Reynolds

Yes much better.  Better elbows, better pace, much less movement in the rest of your body.  I agree with Chuch, go back to Block 2 and hang out there for a few cycles.  There's no point in practicing a high volume of bad form, and your form will improve faster in Block 1 and 2 than in Block 3. Keep working:

  1. Depressed scaps throughout
  2. full protraction (more pushing away and spreading of the shoulder blades at the top)
  3. and Posterior Pelvic Tilt.  Tuck your tail bone (the pelvic position in FLPE1) and then lock it in that position with your abs
