K I S S Keep It Simple Stupid
One of the signs of an inexperienced coach vs an experienced one is the ability to keep things simple and cut to the chase.
I love watching newcomers to the forums debate the subtleties of Hinge Rows over the course of a 13 page thread - but as Zach so eloquently pointed out in a recent post, it's PE1! Do it, move on.
One of the key roles for us as mods is to know when it's time to end the debate, cut through the crap and lay it out in simple categorical terms. No need for lengthy essays, just simple plain talk to get these young men and women back on track. (Or in the case of Alex, those diagrams are a great way to get your point across!)
