Push up and Planche lean form check

Hello, how is my Push up and Planche lean?

In the course videos the dude performing the lean, he doesn't seem to have depressed scapula, i wonder why.

But i do think yours look good

In the course I can see his shoulders moving forward and down so I think his scapula is depressed.

You are correct. His scapula are depressed.

 

Regarding your push ups. Do your best to keep your elbows pointing backwards. If you do keep your elbows pointing backwards, it makes holding your elbows closer to your sides easier. The point to keeping your elbows close to your sides is to develop your triceps and you back muscles where most of your pressing strength comes from.

Oh yeah my bad, the fact that the guy performing the movement in the video  didn't have his hands directly under his shoulders and the fact that the guy has huge delts made it look that way  :o

I've already notice that my elbows are not pointing backwards as shown in the course but I didn't know how to fix that, now I will try more to focus on it, thank you very much.

Show us a full side view video and it will be more easy to see if your wrist is just in front of your hips.
