In checking one's progress with this exercise, must the lower back be completely flush to the floor for the entire duration of the 5x60? My form remains good throughout, but some space small develops near the end of the last sets. I am interpreting this as a failed set. Still, I am wondering if I am not being too strict, what with my large rear end and all that.

Mastery requires all the reps to be perfect and if possible some reps more at the end of last set. it means supercompensation.
