This is pretty cheap. Does it look safe?

Personally, I would not buy this. You could buy much better things with $80 (Like a new foundation course). If you are wanting to learn how to do tumbling elements, then every person you will ever meet (That has half a brain) will 100% point you in the way of a Gymanstics gym where you can either take an Adult Gymnastics class or hopefully Private Lessons if they teach that. Here they will have Spring Floors, Mats, Trampolines, and a foam pit, making it 100% safe and secure to learn all the tumbling elements that you want. So save those 80 bucks and go buy private lessons at a Gymnastics Center in your area.
