My son has been working on the manna for a while. Based on the position shown below (max hold 4-5 seconds), how far do you think he is from the manna?

Sorry if this is a stupid question, he's just really ambitious for the manna :)

piotro

Very far.

What is seen on those pic is bent leg V-sit. Now imagine from this position rising hips to shoulder level (legs straight) - this is way closer to manna.

If he's ambitious - great - then get him to go through right progressions, this is best he can do in the long term.

It's not fully bent leg, his legs are almost locked out.

Thanks!

"Almost locked out" is still bent :).

:)

I'm confused, he's been working on MSH but can't get anywhere. Any ideas?

piotro

And the distant echo brings voices whispering progressions, progressions, progressions... ;).

Anyway, show his MSH then. As I told you, from V-sit to manna there is a long way, no need to be confused, MSH is one of the preps, but still quite far from manna.

It seems his forearms are touching his legs, but they aren't actually.
